Preferences Settings

My Organisation Settings: Information on your Organisation Profile and your Peer Organisations.

  • Profile:
    • Name: name of your organisation.
    • Security Identifier: International Securities Identification Number (ISIN).
    • Status: the status of your account in IR.Manager (subscribed or expired).
    • Market Capitalisation: Enter the value of the market cap.
    • Upload a logo: possibility to upload the logo of your company so it can be displayed in all your PDF reports (Contact Report, Organisation Report, Briefing Note).
    • Use my outgoing email configuration as default: You have the possibility to activate the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) configuration if you use the mailing feature in IR.Manager.



Account Settings: Information on your User Profile and Change your Password.

  • Profile:
    • Name: Your User Name.
    • Organisation: The Company or Companies you are managing in IR.Manager.
    • Email Address: Your Email Address.
    • Joined in: The date you have subscribed to IRM.
  • Change Password: Follow the instructions. Enter your current password in the box Current Password and put the new one in the box New Password. Then click on the button Confirm New Password.

Sign out: To log out of IR.Manager, click on your name at the top right of the page and select Sign Out. Then you will just need to enter your credentials to login again.
