Shareholders

Shareholders: The investors who are investing in your company. You can switch the data source from Public Data (holdings found by FactSet) to an uploaded Shareholder Identification.

For Norwegian clients only:
You can also switch the data source to Euronext Data (VPS Oslo).

Ownership: Percentage of outstanding shares held, and number of shares held.

Date reported: It gives you an indication on the freshness of the data, at which it has been reported by the Investor.

Assets Under Management/-Assets value (AUM): the whole amount of money available for a fund/institution to invest.

Assets under Management is declared by the institution, this figure is calculated by adding the current market value of all security holdings reported by an Organization captured in the FactSet database.

FactSet: indicates data records updated by the FactSet data feed, licensed from FactSet Research Systems Inc. (www.factset.com). These records are typically read-only although you may still:

  • Add Notes to FactSet records.
  • Add the FactSet Contacts as My Contacts, and enter additional details (Edit Contact details button) beyond the phone, Email Address-provided by FactSet.

Shareholder ID: Which means Shareholder Identification, this option is available to allow any client to see the data of his shareholder analysis/register imported into IR.Manager. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information.

Organisation report: Report which is available to be run in the investor profile by just clicking on the name of the investor. Full-page report including all available background information on the institution, including key contact(s), meeting history, notes, and holdings in your company and its peer group.
