My Shareholders

My Shareholders: The investors who are investing in your company, who have disclosed and whose data has been collected by FactSet.

Volume: Number of shares that an investor is holding in your company.

Value: Amount of the shares in euros or in other currencies (depending on your setting) based on the share price strictly at the moment of the reported date/volume of shares x share price.

OS: Outstanding shares, how much percentage of the company that an investor owns/holds.

Holdings: What an investor owns in a company. Identified holdings in your company and its peers.

Tag: to Tag (or categorise) an institution and/or a fund in order to qualify and classify your investors and get lists related to those tags in the system.

Assets Under Management/-Assets value (AUM): the whole amount of money available for a fund/institution to invest.

Assets under Management is declared by the institution, this figure is calculated by adding the current market value of all security holdings reported by an Organization captured in the FactSet database.

FactSet: indicates data records updated by the FactSet data feed, licensed from FactSet Research Systems Inc. (www.factset.com). These records are typically read-only although you may still:

  • Add Notes to FactSet records.
  • Add the FactSet Contacts as My Contacts, and enter additional details (Edit Contact details button) beyond the phone, Email Address-provided by FactSet.

Shareholder ID: Which means Shareholder Identification, this option is available to allow any client to see the data of his shareholder analysis/register imported into IR.Manager. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information.

Organisation report: Report which is available to be run in the investor profile by just clicking on the name of the investor. Full-page report including all available background information on the institution, including key contact(s), meeting history, notes, and holdings in your company and its peer group.

Reported date: It gives you an indication on the freshness of the data, at which it has been reported by the Investor.
