Mail: This is not a mailbox like Outlook, this feature is to send your investors (single contact or distribution lists) mass email campaigns, press releases (financial results).
Create: To produce an email, to prepare your email. You have 4 step wizard to be completed.
Sent: All your emails sent are collected in this section so you can have your emails history.
Scheduled: You can decide at the end of the creation of your email not to send it but to schedule it at a firm date at a firm time so that, even if you are off, the email will be sent out automatically.
Draft: If you haven’t finished to create your email, a draft is automatically saved to you can find it again and continue completing it. All the drafts are collected in this part.
Unsubscribe: It is your responsibility to include in each email an unsubscribe procedure – typically this would take the form of unsubscribe instructions or hyperlink in the email signature.
It is also your responsibility to manually process all unsubscribe requests -- i.e. remove recipients from IR.Manager Saved Lists and/or block their email address in IR.Manager.
Send sample: When creating an email, you have this last step Preview from which you can decide to schedule, send your email or send a sample as a test email that you can address yourself to make sure the formatting is correct and any data is not missing.
