How to set up a Time-Zone in the Agenda?

Planning a trip on the other side of the world? Set up and adjust your meetings with a dedicated Time-zone. When recording your meeting, select the correct Time-zone of your Event in the field Time-zone.Select the correct time zone for your event when recording a meeting in the Agenda

Then the system will convert the times of the meeting accordingly in the Agenda.The IRM Agenda automatically adjusts and converts the meeting times based on the selected time zone
