How to Create a New Contact?

1. Go to Contacts > My Contacts and click on the button Create New Contact:

2. Complete at least the different required fields and it is recommended that you add some others such as the Email Address, the Country, the Organisation Name (in which your contact is working) if you have the information. Have in mind that the more information you are recording, the more complete the profile of the contact will be:

Little tip: When you are adding the Organization Name, it is much better to select the Organization coming from FactSet (with the logo FactSet) so that your Contact is directly connected to the FactSet Organization Profile.

 

3. When you have finished to complete all the information, just click on Save Contact below and then the Contact will be registered in My Contacts.
