How to Attach a Single Activity to a Multi-Event?

The option Attach a Single Activity to a Multi-Event is now available in each meeting.

Note: the Multi-Event is always reflecting in orange and the Single Activity has a light-blue round icon.

In the drop-down menu, select the Multi-Event you want to add this Activity to. The Multi-Event must be recorded in the Agenda in the same period as the Single Activity:  Dropdown menu inside the popup showing available Multi-Events from the same time period as the selected ActivitySecond view of the dropdown showing additional options or a selected Multi-Event to attach

A disclaimer appears on screen. Click on the button Attach to Multi event to confirm:Confirmation popup displaying a disclaimer with the “Attach to Multi event” button to finalize the process 

Now the Single Activity is connected to the Multi-Event and it has now an orange round icon:Updated Agenda view showing the formerly Single Activity now attached to a Multi-Event, with its icon changed to orange
