How to access your Agenda Analytics Dashboard?

This article presents the Agenda Analytics Dashboard in IR.Manager. 

You can access this functionality by going to Agenda > Agenda Analytics:The IRM navigation menu highlighting the path to access Agenda Analytics under the Agenda section

On this page, you can discover Events and Participants comprehensive key metrics:Overview of the Agenda Analytics Dashboard displaying key metrics on Events and Participants

It is possible to filter and customize the data displayed on the Dashboard by entering a time range or focusing on a specific Institution and/or Participant:Filter section of the IRM Agenda Analytics Dashboard showing input fields to customize data by time range, Institution, and Participant

You can enter a Start Date and a End Date by clicking on the calendar icons (the time range limit is 1 year):

If you filter with options View by Institutions and with View by Participants, the application is going to preload some results on screen:Results section of the Dashboard showing preloaded metrics after filtering by Institutions and Participants

If you want to export the data reflecting on the Dashboard as an Excel file, click on the button Download Full Report:Top-right corner of the Agenda Analytics Dashboard displaying the button “Download Full Report” to export data into Excel
