Contacts

Contacts: All financial professionals as individuals/people in the IR environment worldwide.

My contacts: Your own list of contacts that you are managing and customising.

Public directory: A huge database gathering all the contacts working in the IR environment worldwide. More than 250,000 contacts are reported.

Interactions: The number of times you interact with an investor (Past/upcoming interactions).

Tag: A keyword you have defined and linked to a contact so you can get specific lists related to your Tags.

Organisation name: The organisation in which your contact is working.

Industry coverage: The sector of activity in which your contact is working.

Geography coverage =country coverage: The geographical area (countries) in which your contact (working in an organisation) is investing.

Create New contact: This button is meant to create a contact manually on your own if you do not have time to send an e-mail to data@irmanager.com
Considering it is your own manipulation, the more information you are completing, the more comprehensive and relevant the profile of your contact will be.

Engagement: the meetings history of the contact, past and upcoming events.

Event: In IR.Manager, an Event or an Activity are just referring to a Meeting.

Comments: notes, to enter any information useful prior to the meeting, as well as feedback captured during or after the meeting. These are usually entered at a contact level, at an organisation level or at a meeting level. The notes are displayed from any devices you are logging in and reflecting in the reports (itinerary, briefing note, organisation report, contact report). The notes are dated and signed by the user that entered them and shared between all the users of a same company.

Contact Card: if your contact is working in different Organisations, he will have different Contact Cards including data related to the dedicated organisation.

Contact Report: Full-page report including all available background information, meeting history with the contact, notes, comments, ownership data.
