Agenda: For visualizing and recording your meetings. But also export them into excel if needed.
Multi-event: Could be a Roadshow, a Conference, a Capital Market day, an Investor Day. A multi-event gathers several meetings, it takes place over a certain period of time (1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks etc). You create a multi-event when you have several meetings to be recorded and belonging to the same multi-event.
Activity: It is a single independent meeting.
Organiser: A third party who has arranged a meeting for you. Mostly it is a broker.
Internal responsible: The person who represents the meeting internally.
Guests: Participants/attendees to a meeting. They can be internal and/or external. The internal ones refer to the participants who are working in your company and the external ones are any other investors that you meet with.
Briefing Note: Full-page report including meeting details and background on the meeting participants and their organisations and some relevant data points such as Holdings Group, Holdings breakdown by Industry and geography, participants, previous meetings, investor profile.
Itinerary: List of meetings, meeting participants, their holdings in your company, previous meeting, meeting locations including any notes. Ideal as a concise 1 pager to prepare before a day of meetings.
